Women drivers' automotive preferences
Article Abstract:
A study by 'Good Housekeeping' magazine has found that more than 75% of the female new-car purchasers who responded to the survey said they were very satisfied with their vehicles but only 57% said that they would buy the car again given what they had already learned about it since the purchase. The respondents cited styling, handling, comfort and safety, in order, as the features they liked best about their vehicles. Comfort and convenience were cited as the factors least liked. Airbags, antilock brakes, and power doors and power windows were cited among the desirable safety features.
