Worries about Unisys overshadow CRC
Article Abstract:
CRC was set up in 1981 as Thame Systems' service division, and has a number of major clients. There is concern about an agreement to manage repairs for Unisys, but this concern is lessened by CRC's strong client profile. The company aims to expand through acquisitions as well as through organic growth, and has purchased Crest Peripheral Services. The company was floated on the Alternative Investment Market in late 1997 and met forecasts for 1997.
