The company has been known as Tyler Industries until it was acquired by Case Corp. Case/Tyler is expected to benefit from the resources and international connections of Case Corp. As a result of the merger, Case's AIM and Advanced Farming System will be integrated into the Tyler product lines to give the merged unit a capability in data gathering and processing from planting to harvest.
