Charge carrier transport in nanostructured anatase TiO2 films assisted by the self-doping of nanoparticles
Article Abstract:
The photoelectrical behavior of nanostructured titanium dioxide films with thicknesses ranging from around 0.6 to 45 micrometers was examined under the band gap ultraviolet illumination. The shape of the spectral photoresponses is inconsistent with the previously proposed models aimed at describing electron transport in nanoporous semiconductor networks. Findings indicated that electrophoretically deposited nanoparticulate films dried at room temperature behaved essentially as high-temperature-annealed films. Self-doping seems to be a special feature of these nanostructure films.

CO2 as a probe for monitoring the surface defects on TiO2(110)-temperature-programmed desorption
Article Abstract:
Adsorption and thermal desorption features for CO2 from TiO2 (110) was studied using temperature-programmed desorption. This was measured as a function of surface reduction temperature.
