Feasible nanometric magnetoresistance devices
Article Abstract:
The necessary physical principles for constructing a feasible nanoscale magnetoresistance device based on the Ab interferometer are presented. It is demonstrated that by controlling the lifetime of the conduction electron through a preselected single state, moderate magnetic fields can switch the conductance of a nanometric atomic corral.

Doping dependence of the electronic structure of La1-xNaxMnO3 by resonant X-ray emission and X-ray absorption spectroscopy
Article Abstract:
An experimental investigation of the electronic structure of lanthanium manganite thin films is reported where La ions are partially substituted by Na ions. The experiment revealed that for different carrier doping concentrations, a significant increase in the emission of the low-energy excitations is observed.
