Femtosecond visible/visible and visible/mid-IR pump-probe study of the photosystem II core antenna complex CP47
Article Abstract:
The femtosecond vis/vis and vis/mid-IR pump-probe experiments are conducted at room temperature to study the energy-transfer dynamics between pigments with different hydrogen bonds in the CP47 complex. The results suggest the possibility that in CP47 a perturbed macrocycle conformation leads to a red shift of the electronic absorption.

Modeling of oligomeric-state dependent spectral heterogeneity in the B875 light-harvesting complex of Rhodobacter sphaeroides by numerical simulation
Article Abstract:
The effects of spectral disorder and excitonic interactions on oligomeric-state dependent optical properties were investigated by using light-harvesting B875 complexes from Rhodobacter sphaeroides.
