Electrochromism of Highly doped Nanocrystalline SnO2:Sb
Article Abstract:
The electrochromic effect of layers of nanocrystalline tin dioxide highly doped with antimony using chronoamperometry, cyclic voltammetry, potential-dependent IR spectroscopy and UV-vis spectroscopy is studied. Two different mechanisms are seen to be responsible for the color changes observed upon negative polarization of porous SnO2:Sb nanocrystal layers.

Pulsed electrodeposition of large-area, ordered Bi(sub 1-x)Sb(sub x) nanowire arrays from aqueous solutions
Article Abstract:
Thermoelectric material Bi(sub 1-x)Sb(sub x) nanowire is synthesized by pulsed electrochemical deposition from aqueous solutions into porous anodic alumina membranes. X-ray diffraction results show that the as-synthesized nanowires are single-crystalline and have a highly preferential orientation.

Metal adlayer-induced relaxation of Au (111) reconstruction under electrochemical control
Article Abstract:
The relaxation of Au (111) reconstruction induced by submonolayer of electrodeposited Sb was observed. This was the first example of the adlayer effect on the surface reconstruction in electrolytes.
