Heat capacity of associated systems. Experimental data and application of a two-state model to pure liquids and mixtures
Article Abstract:
A study shows that the two-state association model (TSAM) is capable of describing satisfactorily the thermodynamic behavior of associated liquid systems. TSAM is found to provide an adequate rendering of the experimentally determined temperature and pressure dependence of the isobaric heat capacities of pure liquids.

Large conductance switching and binary operation in organic devices: role of functional groups
Article Abstract:
The conductance switching phenomenon in several organic molecular devices are studied. The results in a series of molecules with same backbone showed that as the number of acceptor groups in a molecule increases, the OFF-state current in the device decreases and hence the ON/OFF ration increases.
