ICL acquires Supresta

Supresta, a producer of phosphorus-based flame retardant products, has been acquired by Israel Chemicals (ICL) from Ripplewood Holdings for approximately 259 million euros. Supresta will be incorporated in ICL's Industrial Products unit. Brief descriptions of the companies involved in this transaction are also presented.
