Optimization of slitlike carbon nanopores for storage of hythane fuel at ambient temperatures
Article Abstract:
Carbons with slitlike pores can serve as effective host materials for storing hythane fuel, a bridge between a petrol combustion and hydrogen fuel cells, at ambient temperatures. The simulations results have indicated that light slit pore carbon nanomaterials with optimized parameters are suitable filling vessels for storage of hythane fuel at ambient temperatures and low pressures.

Distribution of carbon nanotube sizes from adsorption measurements and computer simulation
Article Abstract:
A method for the evaluation of distribution of carbon nanotube sizes from the static adsorption measurements and computer simulation of nitrogen at 77 K is developed. The condensation/evaporation pressure as a function of pore size of a cylindrical carbon tube using Gauge Cell Monte Carlo Simulation is obtained.

Storage of hydrogen at 303 K in graphite slit like pores from Grand canonical Monte Carlo simulation
Article Abstract:
Grand canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) simulations are used for the modeling of the hydrogen adsorption in idealized graphite slit like pores. The results show that these carbonaceous materials are not an efficient storage medium under the considered conditions.
