Peptide conformations for a microarray surface-tethered epitope of the tumor suppressor p53
Article Abstract:
The molecular dynamics simulations were used to determine the structural and conformational differences of a pentapeptide, RHSVV, an epitope of the tumor suppressor protein p53. The studies provide significant insight into factors required to design the parameters of peptide/protein microarrays.

Sequence distribution effects on glass transition temperatures of copolymers: an extended Gibbs-DiMarzio equation in view of bond rotation flexibility
Article Abstract:
A new equation consisting mole fractions of sequences and glass transition temperatures of periodic copolymers which could provide useful information on the bond rotation flexibility is described.
