Response of the peroxidase-oxidase oscillator to light is controlled by MB (super +)--NADH photochemistry

Article Abstract:

The detailed connection between MB(super +)--NADH photochemistry and the reaction mechanisms responsible for peroxidase-oxidase (PO) oscillations are explored. In addition, a reassessment of the existing theoretical models with the eventual development of a fully quantitative model of the PO oscillator is presented.

Spatial bifurcations in the generic n-NDR electrochemical oscillator with negative global coupling: Theory and surface plasmon experiments

Article Abstract:

An investigation on the pattern formation during the oscillatory reduction of IO4(super -) is presented at a rectangular gold film electrode by means of surface plasmon microscopy. The negative global coupling was accomplished using an electronic device that acts like a negative ohmic resistor.

In-phase, anti-phase and fractured synchrony in ring networks of coupled relaxation electrochemical oscillators

Article Abstract:

A study was conducted to examine the synchronization modes of coupled relaxation electrochemical oscillators. The result reveals that networks of coupled relaxation electrochemical oscillators can perform some primitive information manipulation tasks.
