Spatiotemporal patterns on a ring array of electrodes
Article Abstract:
The spatiotemporal patterns in current density on a ring array of iron electrodes in sulfuric acid have been investigated under conditions in which high-frequency chaotic and periodic oscillations take place. All the electrodes were subjected to the same constant potential and their currents were measured independently. Results revealed different chaotic and periodic oscillatory spatiotemporal patterns on the ring array of the iron electrodes.

Experiments on arrays of globally coupled periodic electrochemical oscillators
Article Abstract:
The anodic electrodissolution of Ni in sulfuric acid has been investigated. As global coupling is added to the arrays of harmonic oscillators, the distribution of frequencies become narrower until synchronization is reached.
