An End to Miles of Paper
Article Abstract:
The Travelers companies' Risk Management Information Services saved 154 miles of paper in a month by relying on the company's computerized risk management systems instead of paper loss-run sheets. Clients using personal computers can have direct access to the company's data base for claim details. Staff and clients miss the security of the loss-run sheets, however.
