If these old walls could speak
Article Abstract:
Investment Advisers Inc of Minneapolis, MN, believes in developing in- house IT training programs to swiftly react to IT problems and employee training demands. The financial services firm also cannot rely on training vendors because it uses customized, proprietary systems. The firm, however, at times goes outside when it has to train employees to use basic productivity applications such as Microsoft Word or Excel.
