Toyocom's multiple-currency counter detects upcoming Euro dollars, too: NS-50
Article Abstract:
Toyo Communication Equipment Co. Ltd. of Japan offers its NC-50 currency counter model designed for large-volume retail operations such as banks and supermarkets. The NS-550 is capable of counting 1,200 notes per minute in free count, batch as well as cumulate modes. Electronic photosensors permits the machine to automatically detect the size of the first few notes which it can store in memory to gauge the size of the succeeding bills. An alarm message on light-emitting diode or LED display will be generated if the currency does not match the specified norm in the NC-50s memory. It weighs 8 kg with dimensions of 210mm x 280mm x 290mm.
