Congress reacts to data breaches with bills
Article Abstract:
To control the increasing data breach crimes in the United States, the Congress have decided to bring in a new bill. The new bill will be a revised version of Notification of Risk to Personal Data Act. The revision adds provisions to close loopholes that exempt encrypted data and specify the contents of the notices.
