Lumber price hikes, high construction costs and apartment shortages presentmanufactured home retailers with a means to market their products creatively toappeal to market buyers. The rising costs of site-built houses makes the manufactured home a more viable option and retailers should cash in on that advantage without sacrificing quality. Retailers should develop an advertising and promotion strategy that will effectivelycommunicate their message to consumers to boost sales and profits.
