Distributed e - mails raise eyebrows

A New Hampshire based bulk e - mail sender, Sendmails pays computer owners 50 cents per hour to act as a sending agent to route the mails to millions of e - mail addresses. The company's tactics is questioned by the industry for its unfairness in bypassing the law and making the computer owners and service providers as partners in the questionable activity.
