Housing Corporation Chief Executive Anthony Mayer confirms the Housing Corporation is willing to spend 10 million pounds sterling annually on new design ideas for social housing, in the UK. He is very supportive of including housing within urban renovation projects. The Housing Corporation has an 800 million pounds sterling annual budget for housing associations. Mayer has been asked to serve on three committees. The English Partnerships' advisory panel and the Urban Taskforce which has been set up by Lord Rogers. He has also been asked to take part in the Housing Forum.
