How to attract and hire good salespeople

Many companies fail to achieve their full potential because they simply do not know how to attract and retain good sales personnel. An organization should first establish a goal or mission which all employees should strive for. Once this is accomplished, prospective employees have to be convinced that the company is a great place to work in. Sales personnel should also be given generous compensation for their efforts.

Advice is given for how to survive the downturn in the housing market. It is suggested that the manufactured home seller should be pro-active when looking for prospective purchasers and look to close more sales from those who come across the threshold.
