ICOM readies spring packaged-goods mailing to household database

Toronto, Ontario-based ICOM Information and Communications Inc is already preparing a package-fulfillment program called TargetMail to 30 million households for a spring 2000 mailing across the US. The target households are those that are featured in ICOM's TargetSource database and that responded to the firm's TargetBase survey which is sent twice a year. Every season, the survey changes its questions which pertain to packaged goods and pharmaceutical companies.
