Jim Saxton, congressional representative of New Jersey is planning to propose a new bill that will make postal carriers to provide door-to-door delivery service to housing facilities intended for seniors 55 and older with at least 80 percent occupancy of seniors. An analysis of the feasibility of the bill is presented.
