Man charged in crash that killed Stalquists

Per and Kersti Stalquist, owners of Scandvik Inc., were killed in a car crash caused by a person, who the police say was fleeing a bar shootout in Vero Beach, Florida. The suspect, Anthony Baines, also sustained critical injuries. Baines is likely to be charged for the crash that killed the marine hardware business owners.
