MotherNature.com has been reported to have e-mailed customers a special offer along with a referral that they take their business to drugstore.com. The e-mail is said to be the company's response to consumer concern regarding their personal information. The onlin company is believed to have assured customers through e-mail that their data would be kept confidential even though MotherNature announced its closure in Nov 2000.
