MRM, iSky form alliance for customer care programs

McCann Relationship Marketing Worldwide (MRM) and iSky Customer Relationship Assoc have formed an alliance that will develop customer care programs. iSky's Web-based real-time customer care services will be integrated with MRM's one-to-one marketing services to boost customer retention efforts. The alliance will be targeted at MRM clients and other potential international clients.

Pedone adds new media to traditional unit

Pedone and Partners Inc has reorganized its PedonePlus traditional direct marketing division and renamed it pedone/1.to.1. The unit will still handle the advertising agency's Internet and wireless business but will expand its services to include direct mail and e-mail marketing, wireless and personal digital assistant work, and direct response and desktop publishing. The unit will only rely on an internal seven-member staff and will outsource work to four direct marketing shops specializing in online media and measurement, website creation and technical integration, and e- mail marketing.
