To achieve success in the long-term, the boat builders especially price-point boatbuilders should concentrate on customer satisfaction, as concentrating on only price and gimmicks will reflect badly on the whole industry. To be successful, boatbuilders should avoid using carbureted engines, provide maximum customer satisfaction, use powerful engines in the boats and build good relationships with dealers and customers.
