Breaking the code
Article Abstract:
A10-minute call made on a 0845 number instead of a 01 or 02 one, from a BT landline to another part of UK at the weekend involves huge costs with premium rates. It is suggested that companies with call centers must pay a part of it because it is unethical for companies making money out of people calling an 0870 number to complain to a customer service department.
