Digital developments
Article Abstract:
Copy duplicators have evolved from the original stencil duplicator which were used in offices in the years following the second world war. The subsequent development of xerography resulted in a decline in the duplicator market, but duplicator technology has resulted in a new generation of machines which use sophisticated scanning techniques to produce high-quality copies. Copy duplicators are fast, cheap, low maintenance machines. The advantages and disadvantages of copy duplicators are presented.
