The Allied Irish Bank came out tops in a survey of customer satisfaction, according to the Forum of Private Business. Yorkshire and Lloyds banks followed in second and third place, respectively. Relationships between banks and businesses have improved greatly since the recession, mainly due to economic stability and low inflation. An overview of banking services and costs is given, along with a table giving details of individual banks.

A survey to evaluate the best processing services available online related with color bias, too dark printing, over-printing (too bright) and badly cropped edges is presented. The results show that Snappy Snaps (75%) as the best, followed by Colorama (72%), ASDA (71%), in the in-store category and Snapfish (79%), Bonusprint (66%), Kodak (66%) in the online category.
