Undercover agents, who checked the state of affairs in the financial services industry reported that the way in which the industry offers advice to customers is not satisfactory and that only one out of thirty-nine advisers gave the right advice. Advisers emotionally blackmail customers into buying insurance policies when not needed while invariably giving wrong advice to all applicants.
