Guggisberg-Baldwin
Article Abstract:
Artistic husband and wife duo Monica Guggisberg and Philip Baldwin have moved to the fore of contemporary glass art since first exhibiting their work in 1983. Working out of Nonfoux, Switzerland, the couple has staged exhibits in galleries all over the world and their works have become permanent additions to the collections of several premier glass and contemporary art museums. Their approach combines Scandinavian and Italian glass-working traditions which were previously deemed incompatible.
