Video conferencing ready for mainstream

The improvement in the quality of the video and audio equipments and high-speed broadband infrastructure has resulted in the growing usage of video conferencing, which was used earlier only in large corporate boardrooms, by even smaller companies. According to a survey the video conferencing devices' sales is predicted to grow from [pounds sterling]286 million in 2003 to [pounds sterling]324 million in 2004 and to exceed [pounds sterling]540 million by 2008.
