A critical aid
Article Abstract:
The retrieval and replacement of an item of knowledge, which is based on a model of processing and storage, is the basic principle upon which information technology works. However, information is increasing at a rate faster than the capacity of information technology to deal with the situation. New steps to retrieve, record, and replace items, or the knowledge management approach, are needed to make knowledge smarter about its business users.
