A dual-self model of impulse control
Article Abstract:
Trends in self-control problems and commitment adherance in decision-making can be explained by a dual-self model where there is an impatient short-term self and a tolerant long-term self. The latter can influence the former if the stimulus-response event is manipulated.

Imprecision as an account of the preference reversal phenomenon
Article Abstract:
The inclusion of decision uncertainty as a factor in the formation of an effective descriptive theory of choice and valuation is presented. An experiment in understanding the mechanism of preference reversal is discussed in detail.
