A simple model of Schumpeterian growth with complex dynamics
Article Abstract:
A Schumpeterian growth model with complex dynamics is shown to create an investment level that is likely to shift erratically for a compact range of model parameters. Such investment level behavior is being attributed explicit intermediation and market imperfections found within the growth process. The model also presents a robust platform that can be utilized to analyze the effect of public policies on growth.
