An evolutionary approach to learning in a changing environment
Article Abstract:
The issue of evaluating the advantage of the ability to learn over more simplistic and rigid forms of behavior in a changing environment is addressed. Through evolutionary game theory, which is used for analysis, it is proved that despite the huge cost concerns of the evolutionary learning, proper mechanism of the process can compensate for the costs and survive.

Learning while searching for the best alternative
Article Abstract:
Research addressing the question of how to search optimally in a situation involving learning and distinguishable search alternatives is presented. It was found that the independence of different search alternatives is vital for the optimality of the sampling rule.
