Arbitrating banking and finance disputes under GCC centre rules
Article Abstract:
The Gulf Cooperation Council Commercial Arbitration Centre (GCC Centre) in Bahrain has rules that respond to banking and finance dispute resolutions. The GCC Centre was established in 1995 and has set forth a Charter and Arbitral Rules of Procedure. The Arbitral Rules, in somes aspects, provide answers to tough arbitration problems. The Charter and Arbitral Rules are available in Arabic and English.

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has established the Arbitral Rules of Procedure for the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, Bahrain, in November 1994 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Arbitral Rules of Procedure will take effect as soon as it is ratified. The GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre has chosen the English translation as the official version. The Arbitration Rules has 44 articles.

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has enforced the Arbitral Rules of Procedure for the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre in November 1994 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Arbitral Rules of Procedure will be effective as soon as it is ratified. The English version is the official language given by the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre. The Rules has over 25 Articles.
