Bargaining with noisy delegation
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to analyze the process of delegation in the context of the Nash bargaining model. Under such conditions, principals delegate to agents but fail to communicate perfect information. Numerical techniques are then applied to determine a unique equilibrium for principals' strategies. Results show that agents do not uphold a positive probability. However, the Nash model's risk factor is still considered viable.
