Beleifs equilibra in an overlapping generations model
Article Abstract:
The standard two generations version includes the overlapping generations model. The model agents believe that, if the money growth rate is high, inflation factors and beliefs keep on fluctuating. Also, the concept of beliefs equilibrium is introduced, where the agents select the most eligible model from the class of models that they have considered.
