Mexican foods
Article Abstract:
Market research shows that mexican foods have been increasingly popular in the United Kingdom since 1993. A significant number of new products were introduced on the market in 1997. Market sales growth in ready made products using beef, such as chilli con carne and cooking sauces, have been limited because of fears over Bovine spongiform encephalitis. Mexican meals are being served in an increasing number of public houses and restaurants.
