Article Abstract:
An econometric model analyzing the effect of a person's emotion on his or her performance is presented. Factors like employee performance appraisals and performance anxiety are discussed in this context and suggestions are offered to infuse positive outlook in the employee to enhance the performance.

Optimal monetary policy with relative price distortions
Article Abstract:
A model for evolving optimal monetary policy that results in optimal pricing is presented. Optimal pricing means that the utility derived from the pricing by a representative household is optimal for that price.
