Periodic and chaotic programs of intertemporal optimization models with non-concave net benefit function
Article Abstract:
An approach was developed to resolve the inverse optimal problem present in the reduced and in the primitive form models. The approach, which ensures the attainment of required qualitative properties in both models, was proven effective in producing optimal policy when applied to a popular advertising model. It created an optimal advertising policy that features topological and ergodic chaos.

Spillover effects and the evolution of firm clusters
Article Abstract:
The main reasons for clustering include cost reducing externalities due to technological as well as intellectual spillovers from similar companies. The entry and exit decision of the firms is made on the basis of information about profitability collected through direct communication within the group.
