Desert Fox message: new U.S. policy toward Iraq
Article Abstract:
Operation Desert Fox shows that the US government has finally altered its policy toward Iraq. The policy consists of several mutually reinforcing actions for both the US and Iraq and important multilateral elements. Reactions to the policy in the Gulf Region are viewed positive since Gulf leaders are beginning to think about issues such as political openness and economic participation.
