Technological innovations are generally found to be biased against unskilled labour, but it may not always be the case. The skilled labour may also be under threat from technological innovations.

A solution based on the study conducted by Campbell and Viceira, is given to the problem of consumption choice. In addition to it gives a method to obtain continuous-time parameters.
