Environmental regulation: a value-theoretic and class-based analysis

The reasons for the change in environmental regulations and capitalism from value theoretic and class based perspective are explained. The importance of the natural resources and conditions for capitalist production are discussed. The concluding remarks are given for the actual environmental policy and change in capitalism.

Financialisation and the slowdown of accumulation
Article Abstract:
A theory has been tested and developed arguing that financialisation leads to a slowdown in accumulation. A time series analysis of aggregate business investment for the USA, the UK, France and Germany has been used to test econometrically the link between accumulation and financialisation.
