Research into farmers and their selling habits in regard to pricing in FOB and uniform delivered markets is analyzed. The research seeks to find what competitive factors motivate this choice as well as what are the welfare implications of the choice.

The antitrust implications of capacity reallocation by a dominant firm

Analysis and research of mergers and acquisitions in regard to antitrust issues is given. The research focuses on when a firm acquires rival firms then moves its capacity to another market and the antitrust issues involved in such action.
