Factor proportions and the structure of commodity trade
Article Abstract:
The way the factor proportions determine the structure of commodity trade is examined. The Heckscher-Ohlin model, which is one of the pillars of the International, trade theory and Paul R. Krugman's model of monopolistic competition and transport costs are combined and explained.
