Firm performance and executive compensation in the savings and loan industry
Article Abstract:
Bank executives' salaries exhibit homogeneity in pay-for-performance systems. The model developed in this article can be used with several kinds of compensation systems. It is found that heterogeniety leads to varous kinds of incentives.

An examination of executive stock option repricing
Article Abstract:
This paper shows executive stock options are likely to be repriced more in to young, high technology firms whose options are out-of-the- money, i.e., when their firm's stock price drops below the option's exercise price.
