Implementing the Uruguay Round Agreements: Problems for Developing Countries
Article Abstract:
This paper urges implementation of the Uruguay Round Agreements through World Bank procedures because problems can be tackled locally rather than through World Trade Organization procedures which would require negotiations in trade related intellectual property rights, but notes that the World Bank has shown very little interest in these matters.
